Honduras Ocotepeque

Joffrey’s Coffee is pleased to introduce Honduras Ocotepeque (pronounced: Coat-A-Peck-Que). Grown by the COCAMOL cooperative in Honduras. The cooperative rests in the Mercedes Ocotepeque hills at the perfect altitude for growing high grade coffee, between 3800 to 4800 feet.

Now with over 30 member farms the cooperative has come a long way since being formed in 1997. During a visit to the cooperative, our Roastmaster, Chris De Mezzo was truly inspired by the love, dedication and attention these local farmers poured over their crop, to produce beans that have a deliciously unique and memorable flavor.

This coffee is a delight to drink, smooth and full bodied with a hint of citrus and chocolate notes.
